How to prepare your body for the GMO diet – day 4 ?:

The fourth day of the GM diet meal plan features some unusual diet options for a weight loss program! Today, you must prepare your body for a three-ingredient diet comprising GMO diet soup, bananas, and milk. You cannot strain any other food, including fruits or vegetables. So, in a way, you have to mentally prepare yourself to go on a somewhat “boring” diet!
